These opportunities are exciting. I would consider offering my services for the marketing manager position but I feel I need more of an idea of what the role will demand of the postholder due to other commitments. Can we discuss it?

  2. Lauren says:

On a similar note to Jack, I am keen to get involved with the Digital Marketing Assistant role but need to know a little more about the role demands in order to ensure I can balance it with my other full time commitments. Let me know if there is any other information!

Hi Lauren, Thanks for getting in touch. Best to do is have a good read of the job description, (on the vacancy page) which is downloadable and then, if it suits you, then drop us a line. I’ve also emailed you, Simon

Hi, I would be interested in the marketing or programmer job. Could you send me some more details asap please. I have worked in festivals for years from 1995 to 2006 in Manchester., 2007 in Falmouth Cornwall Film Festival and again in Manchester in 2010 and a student festival I did this year. At the moment I’m out of work as we lost all funding after the 2010 festival so have time on my hands to do anything festival wise, even willing to locate. Please drop me a line.

Hi John, Thank you very much for getting in touch. Unfortunately, the closing date for the vacancies was last Friday, which is why the information pages are no longer available. It’s most unfortunate as it sounds like you have a lot of experience in film festivals. Many apologies, Simon

The application form link doesn’t seem to work, just returns this same page so can’t find any details about the jobs.

    Hi there –

Bit disappointed. Wanted to apply, as the closing date is listed as the 30th August above the vacancies, but have found out that applications are now closed?

Oh dear! Any chance for a last minute application seeing as the closing date is incorrect? I’d be ever so grateful!
